The Argall Family in New Zealand

 

NEW ZEALAND

Very few ARGALLs migrated to New Zealand, although, again, it was the link to mining which drew those there.   Albert Edward Argall, who was born in Sithney, Cornwall, in 1859, who with his wife emigrated to New Zealand in the 1880s, where he became a successful Mining Engineer.

Although some deaths are recorded in that Country, no ARGALL named descendants from those who did settle there can now be found.  

Any ARGALL now living in New Zealand descends from Australian families who moved there later.
